Step 1: Connect USB device to computer, open Folder Options.

If you plug USB device into a computer running Windows 7 OS, follow this steps:
Step 1: Connect USB device to computer, open Folder Options.
Way 1: When plug a USE driver into a computer, it'll be recognized and pop-up with the following dialog, under General options, click Open folders to view files.
Way 2: When folders open in Windows Explorer, click Tools > Folder Options.
Step 2: Click the View tab. Under Advanced settings list, click Show hidden files, folders, and drives.
Step 3: Then click Apply, then OK.
Part 2: To Display the Hidden Files and Folders in Windows 8/10
Step 1: Open Folder Options: Open USB flash drive in Windows 10, click View and select Options.
Step 2: To show the hidden files and folders in the View settings.
In the Folder Options window, click View tab, under Hidden files and folders, click Show hidden files, folders, and drives option.
Step 3: Then click Apply, then OK. You'll see the files of USB drive.
Tip: If files and folders can't display, it may be infected by virus or malware.
